Who we are

STRON is the public brand of Guangzhou Sitong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.. Our Business Address is No. 24, Caiyi Huancun Road, Caiyi Village, Donghuan Subdistrict, Panyu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. Privacy and business inquiries may be sent to sales@stronbio.com.

Information we collect

When you submit a business inquiry, we collect the information you provide and the limited source and security information needed to operate the form. Depending on what you choose to provide, this includes:

• your full name, business email, preferred contact method, and Telegram username when supplied;
• business type, country or region, optional city or region, company name, and company website or social profile;
• products of interest, an optional estimated quantity range, how we can help, and purchase timeline;
• an optional message or questions and a record of your consent to the inquiry;
• the source page and call to action, campaign parameters when present, and a browser-generated submission identifier; and
• a Turnstile verification result, a one-way hash derived from an available internet protocol (IP) address for abuse controls, and internal lead score and follow-up status.

The Turnstile response token and hidden anti-spam field are not written to the lead record. The server does not write the raw IP address to the leads table.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to business inquiries, evaluate requested product or business information, communicate with prospective business partners, manage lead follow-up, prevent spam, abuse, and duplicate submissions, maintain website and service security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Service providers and infrastructure

The current website uses the following service and infrastructure providers:

• Vercel provides website hosting and server infrastructure.
• Supabase stores business inquiry records and remains the source of truth for lead data.
• Cloudflare Turnstile supports spam and abuse prevention. Through its normal verification flow, Cloudflare receives the response token and technical information needed to provide the service.
• Telegram is used only for internal lead notifications. A private business chat receives a selected summary of the inquiry, including relevant contact, company, product-interest, purchase-intent, message, source, timestamp, and internal scoring information. Telegram is not the source of truth for lead records.
• Meta Pixel may be loaded only after you accept advertising tracking. In this first phase it supports advertising-effectiveness measurement, page-visit measurement, and conversion measurement. We do not use Conversions API in the current implementation.

These providers may process standard request, network, device, and service information as part of their normal hosting, security, storage, or notification operations.

International processing

Because STRON works with international infrastructure providers and business contacts, information may be processed in countries different from the visitor's location, subject to applicable law and provider arrangements.

Data retention

We retain business inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, manage the business relationship, maintain appropriate records, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or other rights relating to your personal information. To make a request, email sales@stronbio.com.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect business inquiry information. Turnstile is used as part of the website's abuse-prevention controls. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

The website is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children.

Cookies, storage, and advertising tracking

The public inquiry form keeps its in-progress state in memory rather than browser local or session storage. The restricted admin area uses an HTTP-only session cookie for authenticated staff. Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical mechanisms needed to provide its security service.

When Meta Pixel is configured, it is not loaded unless you select Accept in the advertising tracking choice. Your choice is stored only in your browser and is not added to an inquiry record. If accepted, Meta Pixel may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies and receive standard browser, network, and page information needed to measure public page visits, selected email-contact clicks, and business inquiries confirmed as saved. You may reject advertising tracking without losing access to public content, email links, or the inquiry form, and you can reopen Advertising choices from the footer.

First-phase Meta events use a strict allowlist of fixed, non-free-text parameters: content name and category, a query-free page path, approved product slug, source, contact method, and form name. We do not send inquiry messages, Telegram usernames, raw email addresses, phone numbers, names, company details, exact addresses, lead identifiers, lead scores, or customer-entered usage descriptions as Meta event parameters. We do not currently implement Conversions API, automatic advanced matching, Custom Audiences, or retargeting through this website code.
